Jumbo Body

One Owner, Like New Condition

The f50 was guild's top of the line jumbo, an answer to the Gibson j200 series, and the standard model featured carved maple back and sides and solid spruce top. The blond used their best an most highly flamed maple (look at that back!) and was meant to be guild's highest quality jumbo, and featured all of the deluxe appointments of a flagship instrument, including a double bound fretboard and headstock, mother of pearl up the wazoo, and gold hardwear. Beast. I personally believe that guild guitars are the finest in the world, especially during the 70s, when Martin and gibson were cutting costs and producing clunkers. I'm gushing, but you'll be able to tell when you pick it up. It's one of those magical guitars that meets you half way, feels like it's playing too.
